30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
If the Issue Is on Our End
If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or something arrived damaged, the return is on us. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
If You Ordered the Wrong Item or Changed Your Mind
If you'd like to return a product for any other reason, such as ordering the wrong size, quantity, or simply changing your mind, you're welcome to do so within the 30-day window. In these cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How to Start a Return
Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
