We don't charge for shipping on any order, regardless of size. There's no order minimum to qualify and no hidden handling fees added at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Large and Bulk Orders
Bulk commercial orders, pallets, and oversized fixtures may ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery. Freight deliveries may require additional coordination for delivery scheduling, but remain free of charge under our shipping policy.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method used for your order. Most in-stock items arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment. Special order and made-to-order items may take longer; estimated lead times are noted on the product page when applicable.
